Cheese curds, animal barns, midway rides, and everything on a stick. The 12 days of the Great Minnesota Get Together are a medley of food, entertainment, animals, and lots and lots of walking.
For some, the Minnesota State Fair is an event looked forward to more than Christmas. For me it’s… turkey sandwiches, the DNR building, milk shakes, pig ears at the animal barns, foot longs, schwag from the education building, cheese curds, checking out the EcoExperience, mini donuts, the Lumberjack show, Sweet Martha’s cookies and milk, watching the Dog shows, dill pickle beer, rides at the midway, corn on the cob, the giant slide… should I keep going?
