Because I park our motor vehicle at the Frontier Resort and motor our boat loaded with camping gear up the Ash River and through Sullivan Bay. From there we set up camp on Namakan Lake. My Dad took me there in the “forties” while he was on leave from the 2nd WW. When my children were of age to travel we made countless trips to this magnificent area. It’s timeless country. Then I have followed the same routine with my grandchildren. If I don’t remember anything else as I age, I pray that I will always remember and cherish these memories.
